How do I Add an Account? |

Select 'Link another PO Box Account to your profile', enter the relevant account number and follow the steps to add the account to your profile. |

How do I Delete an Account? |
|
To remove an account from your profile, simply select the relevant account and select the 'Delete' button. The system will remove the account from your profile. |

How do I View Bill Statements? |

Once your account profile is correctly set up, simply select the relevant account and click the "View" button. |

How do I select all the accounts linked to my profile? |
|
In order to select all the accounts linked to your profile to pay all accounts, simply select the select the tick box next to "Account" in the header of the table. If the account status is update, paid, pending or renewed then your will have to deselect the account in order to continue. |

How do I find out more about account status? |
|
In order to find a description of the different account status that may appear adjacent to an account, the select 'Status' at the top of the status column. |

How do I add accounts to "My Basket"? |
|
Select the relevant account(s) and click on the "Add to Basket" button. Alternatively click the green basket icon ( ) to the right of the account. The added accounts will be displayed in "My Basket" on the right hand side. |

How do I remove an account from "My Basket"? |

Click on the red cross ( ) next to the account you would like to remove. |

How do I pay for the items in "My Basket"? |

Click on the "Check-out" button underneath "My Basket". |
