This is the three-digit code that is displayed on the back of the credit card. Enter the number in the field provided on the screen.

Make sure that there are no spaces in the number and that you have entered it correctly.
Will my Credit Card details be safe?
Your credit card details and personal information will NEVER be disclosed to any third parties, unless obliged to do so by law. Your details will be encrypted and stored on our protected servers that are only accessed by authorised personnel.
How secure is the Credit Card transaction online?
When you enter your name, credit card number, expiry date and CVV number on Virtual Post Office Service, it is encrypted as a secret code (Secure Socket Layers) for its virtual journey between Virtual Post Office Service and the acquiring bank. This secret encryption is set in motion by using the latest 128 Bit SSL encryption technology. At the time of placing the order, the transaction details are presented to the bank and an authorisation is obtained for the amount. Payment is only collected once the payment has been authorised.
