How do I update My Account Details?
To update the personal information of an account, simply make the required changes on the screen and select the 'Update' button. Confirm the changes by selecting 'Confirm' on the confirmation screen and the system will update your information.
When will my details be updated on the system?
For security reasons the system will only update the changes to personal information of an account when the account is paid for online or if the ID/Passport number of the profile details is the same as the ID/Passport number of the account details.
What if the personal information relating to the account is different to the profile information?
The account(s) linked to your online profile may contain different personal information to the personal details of the profile. The account information should be relevant to the person/business that rent that specific Post Box/Private Bag account. Electronic communication/notifications around the online service and for bill presentment will be send to the email address information of the profile.
My email address has changed. How do I update my information?
You can change the email address relating to your account information and this will be updated by the system. This will NOT change the email address of your profile. Please contact the Customer Contact Centre on 0860 086 860 and inform them that your profile email address has changed and they will update it for you. This is a security feature of the online service as your profile email address is the username used for login to the system.
Which details are used when an account payment is disputed online?
To dispute the renewal payment of an account online, you must ensure that the suburb and physical address details, related to the box holder of the Post Box, are correct. This information will be used to investigate whether the box holder is eligible for a free Post Box. Proof of ownership or occupation may be required in the dispute resolution process.
