I have forgotten my password?
If you have forgotten your password to login and access the Virtual Post Office Service, then this screen provides you with a way to reset and receive a temporary password to access your profile.
Can I change my password?
The system will generate a temporary password that will be emailed to the email address that you enter on the screen. This should be the email address you used in registering for the service. After you login you will be prompt to choose and confirm a new permanent password for future secure login.
What if my email address is invalid?
In the event of the email address that you entered cannot be found as a registered profile on the system. Please re-type the email address alternatively contact the Customer Contact Centre on 0860 086 860.
