- Refund Request for online payments made with a Credit Card

What are the requirements for applying for a new Post Box/Private Bag? |

Step 1: |
Print out the application form provided |
Step 2: |
Fill in the necessary information required on the form |
Step 3: |
Submit the completed form at the Post Office branch where you would like to apply for the new Post Box/Private Bag |

How do I submit a Refund Request? |

Step 1: |
Please read our refund policy under the Terms and Conditions section on the Virtual Post Office Services. Print the appropriate refund request form |
Step 2: |
Complete the refund request form and attach proof(s) of payment [copy of bank statement(s) or bank deposit slip(s)] |
Step 3: |
Fax the form and supporting documents to the fax number as indicated on the form |

I am unable to view the online form(s)? |

In order to view the online form(s), you need to have Adobe Reader® software, (Version 6.0 or higher), installed on your Personal Computer. If the form is not displayed correctly, you can download the required software by selecting the 'Get Adobe Reader' icon and you will be redirected to the Adobe website where you can download Adobe Reader for free. |
