The account number is a unique field that identifies a specific Post Box/Private Bag and the personal information relating to this account. |

How can I find out what my account number is? |

The account number can be found as follows: |
|
- It is displayed on the renewal notice.
- Using the account number search function on the Add Account screen.
- Call the Customer Contact Centre on 0860 086 860 and quote your Post Box/Private Bag number, postal code and ID or passport number.

What is the purpose of the account? |
|
The purpose of the account is what it is used for. It can either be used by a private individual or by a business in order to receive letters and traditional mail. |

How do I search for an account number online? |
|
Select the search icon adjacent to the Account number field and enter the Post Box/Private Bag number, postal code and one of the three required fields below. The system will perform a match according to the data provided and the account number will be displayed. |

What if I can't find my account number? |
|
Please call the Customer Contact Centre on 0860 086 860 and inform the agent that you have used the online account number search but you haven't been able to locate your account number. |
