In order to qualify for a FREE Post Box, the following must be true:

1. NO street delivery to the suburb in which the account holder resides; AND
2. Post Box is held at the nearest Post Office/Collection Point to that specific suburb.

The physical address of the account holder will be used to determine whether the Post Box is free. Only registered owners or registered renters of accommodation in areas where a street delivery service is impossible, for example farms, agricultural holdings, rural and developing areas etc. are entitled to one free Post Box at the nearest Mail Collection Point or Post Office according to the Post Office demarcations. (Proof of ownership or occupation must be submitted.)
