Apply for a PostBox.
To apply for a new Post Box, please download the New Post Box/Private Bag form.
Once you have completed the printed form, submit it at your preferred Post Office. Depending on Post Box availability, you will be required to make the necessary payment, and then be presented with the key to your new Post Box. If, however, there are no boxes available at the specific Post Office, you will be given the choice to have your name added to a waiting list. Once your name is on the waiting list, the local Branch Manager will keep you posted on the progress of your application.
Should you require a Post Box urgently, you can apply for a Post Box at any other Post Office countrywide.
